Terms of Service
These legally binding terms govern your commercial access to the GetSEOO software platform, automated search crawlers, AI generation tools, and directory distribution services.
Summary of Critical Provisions
- 1.Content Ownership: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of articles, outlines, and copy generated via your account.
- 2.Third-Party Engine Independence: Search engines (Google, Bing) operate independently; rankings, crawl speeds, and indexing decisions cannot be guaranteed by any third party.
- 3.Domain Authorization: You represent and warrant that you own or have lawful permission to scan domains entered into our crawlers.
- 4.Directory Distribution: Done-for-you directory submissions involve committed human manual labor and are non-refundable once execution begins.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Corporate Authority
These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “User,” “you,” or “your”) and GetSEOO (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of getseoo.com, its subdomains, APIs, automated tools, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
BY REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING THE PLATFORM, INITIATING AN AUDIT, OR CLICKING AN “I AGREE” OR “START FREE TRIAL” BUTTON, YOU EXPRESSLY ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind such entity to this Agreement. If you lack such authority or do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility & Commercial License Grant
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full contractual capacity to form a binding contract.
Limited License Grant: Subject to your continuous compliance with this Agreement and timely payment of applicable subscription or service fees, GetSEOO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your internal business operations.
3. Account Security & Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and API authentication tokens. You accept complete legal responsibility for all activities, automated API calls, and data transmissions originating under your credentials.
You agree to immediately notify GetSEOO at hey@getseoo.com of any discovered or suspected security breach, unauthorized access, or credential theft. GetSEOO is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.
4. Subscriptions, Billing Cycles & Taxes
A. Recurring Subscriptions: Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) plans are billed on a recurring periodic basis (monthly or annually) in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current standard rates unless canceled via your workspace settings prior to the renewal date.
B. Payment Processing: Paid commercial service packages, custom directory campaigns, and subscription plans are billed via authorized merchant channels or electronic invoice. Upon the activation of automated payment gateways on the Platform, transactions will be governed by the respective PCI-DSS certified gateway’s terms, and you authorize GetSEOO to charge all agreed fees to your designated payment method.
C. Taxes: Fees are stated exclusive of applicable value-added tax (VAT), sales tax, goods and services tax (GST), or other statutory withholding levies. You are responsible for remitting all taxes associated with your purchases other than taxes based on GetSEOO’s net income.
D. Delinquency: Unpaid invoices or failed charges may result in immediate suspension of API access, crawl queues, and workspace intelligence features.
5. Specialized Services & Refund Policy
A. Done-for-You AI Directory Submissions
Our AI Directory Submission service involves bespoke manual human verification, account creation, copy tailoring, and catalog submission across third-party platforms. Once your submission order has entered the processing queue (within 24 hours of purchase), fees are strictly non-refundable due to the irreversible allocation of direct human labor and resource commitments.
While we maintain a strict >95% acceptance rate standard across curated high-DR platforms, third-party directory moderators retain sovereign editorial discretion. We cannot guarantee publication if a submitted startup violates a directory’s internal guidelines (e.g. adult content, deceptive claims, or unlaunched landing pages).
B. SaaS Software Subscriptions
Except as expressly mandated by applicable consumer protection laws (e.g. statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal where no digital execution has commenced), monthly and annual software subscription fees are non-refundable. Canceled subscriptions remain active through the end of the paid billing period.
6. Intellectual Property Rights & Customer Content
A. Customer Content & Generated Output: Between you and GetSEOO, you retain sole and exclusive intellectual property ownership of all content, copy, blog posts, and articles generated by our AI engines on your behalf (“Customer Output”), subject to your payment of all fees and adherence to these Terms. GetSEOO claims no copyright or proprietary interest in your generated content.
B. GetSEOO Platform Intellectual Property: GetSEOO and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest (including all patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property rights) in and to the Platform, underlying source code, algorithms, crawler heuristics, user interface designs, logos, and proprietary analytical models. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to use GetSEOO trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
C. Feedback: If you elect to submit suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or analytical recommendations (“Feedback”), you grant GetSEOO an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to exploit and incorporate such Feedback into our products without restriction or compensation.
7. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) & Prohibitions
You agree not to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Unauthorized Target Auditing: Submitting URLs, sitemaps, or domains for deep crawling without possessing legitimate ownership, administrative permission, or lawful authority.
- Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse-engineering, disassembling, or attempting to reconstruct our proprietary scoring logic, crawler architecture, or API protocols.
- Scraping & Denial of Service: Deploying automated bots, scrapers, or excessive parallel requests that disrupt, overwhelm, or degrade Platform availability.
- Malicious or Deceptive Content: Utilizing the AI Article Writer to mass-generate phishing lures, malware descriptions, defamatory statements, or deceptive doorway pages designed to defraud users.
- Spam & Search Engine Manipulation: Broadcasting mass fabricated IndexNow pings or submitting spam domains violating Google Search Essentials (formerly Webmaster Guidelines) or Microsoft Bing Webmaster Guidelines.
8. Third-Party Search Engines & Algorithmic Independence
Crucial Technical SEO Notice
GetSEOO is an independent software and analytics provider. We have no affiliation with, endorsement by, or operational control over third-party search engines, including Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation (Bing), OpenAI, or Perplexity AI.
Search engine crawler scheduling, indexation speed, ranking algorithms, search visibility, and generative AI Overview citations are determined entirely at the sole discretion of those third parties. GetSEOO makes no warranty, guarantee, or promise, express or implied, that any submitted domain, URL, or generated article will be indexed, rank at a specific position, or achieve specific revenue or traffic targets.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Please read this section carefully as it limits the legal warranties of GetSEOO.
GETSEOO AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY TECHNICAL DEFECTS WILL BE DETECTED OR CORRECTED.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN ALL CASES, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF GETSEOO UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100.00), OR (B) THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO GETSEOO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Customer Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GetSEOO, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your breach of this Agreement or our Acceptable Use Policy;
- Customer Content, product descriptions, or copy generated by you and published to external websites;
- Any unauthorized crawling or scanning of third-party domains submitted under your account;
- Your violation of any applicable statute, regulation, or third-party intellectual property or privacy right.
12. Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Individual Arbitration
A. Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of these Terms through informal negotiation for at least thirty (30) days by contacting hey@getseoo.com.
B. Binding Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language before a single neutral arbitrator.
C. Class Action Waiver: YOU AND GETSEOO MUTUALLY AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator possesses no authority to consolidate multiple claims.
D. Arbitration Opt-Out: You retain the right to opt out of this arbitration provision by providing written notice within thirty (30) days of your initial account registration to hey@getseoo.com.
13. Term, Suspension & Survival
This Agreement commences upon your initial access to the Platform and continues until terminated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you commit a material breach of these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that compromises platform security.
Sections 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
14. Governing Law & General Legal Provisions
A. Governing Law & Forum: This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware (United States), without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
B. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
C. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and applicable subscription order receipts, constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof.
